In November of 2010 I moved into my new townhome on Bell School Road.  From the very first day, I felt “at home”.  Granite countertops, beautiful cupboards and hardwood floors were all included in the price of my spacious open floor plan.  I had been shopping for a condominium townhome for about a year.  I was able to compare the quality of the townhomes for sale by Youssi with the others I had seen.  The price and quality and the service of my new townhome were unbeatable.

I have been living here for 7 months and with each passing day, I enjoy my home more and more.  The snow removal in the winter is excellent and our cozy fireplace is great.
